Terms

SnowRouteHQ is software for a snow contractor running a route. David Kubert, Northville, Michigan, provides it. These terms cover the software. They do not cover the plowing agreement between you and your customer.

Cookies

Signing in sets a cookie so the account stays open. There is no advertising cookie. The list is on the Privacy page.

The account

One account is for one operator. You are responsible for the roster you upload, the prices you set, and the work you mark complete. SnowRouteHQ does not decide when a storm is worth rolling. You do.

Price

The trial is 14 days. Through November 15, 2026, the year is $97, locked for life on that account. After that date, new accounts are $247 a year. The first year of that plan can be two charges: $124 when the trial ends, then $123 thirty days later. Year two is one payment of $247.

When card billing is on, Stripe asks for a card at signup. The first software charge waits until the 14 days end. Cancel in Settings before that and the card is not charged. If card billing is not on yet, the account is not charged.

Two kinds of money

A homeowner pays you for the driveway. That invoice is yours. You pay SnowRouteHQ for the software. Those are separate. Marking a stop complete does not, by itself, pull money from a card we do not have.

Stopping

You can stop using the account. Export the roster first if you want your own copy. Canceling the software plan does not cancel what a customer still owes you.
